  • Is there a minimum order spend?

    We’ve reduced our minimum order to £300 for new customers in order to give small businesses an opportunity to try out our stock. We’re sorry to all the people who are starting up and wanting an even smaller order, but we can’t currently offer this- we recommend you start off in thrift stores and garage sales if your budget is lower! It’s a great way to get used to the logistics and learn what customers want before investing more

  • What's your shipping process?

    We’ve sped up our shipping! We now process and ship within 3 working days.

  • Do you ship Worldwide?

    Yes! Approximate timings from leaving out UK office are below: 

    UK 1-2 days

    USA 2-5 days

    Australia 10-14 days

    Europe 3-10 days

  • Do you offer handpick?

    No, In order to keep the quality of stock high for everyone we don’t offer handpick. All our stock is already handpicked by our small team.

    However we love it when clients send over mood-boards/ style examples for us to look at so we can keep this in mind as we pack your order!

  • Can I return/ get my order refunded?

    Our customers come back again and again so we’re confident you’ll love our stock, however we are human and mistakes can happen.

    If this is the case with your order we want to fix things as best we can to make sure you’re happy. We’ll discuss any case as it comes to make sure we have a fair outcome!
